Chasing Jarvis: The Bottleneck Was Never the Code
We are learning to build and ship real digital products using AI coding agents. The gap between idea and shipped product is no longer technical, it is contextual.
I’ve watched the Iron Man movies more times than I care to admit. Not for the explosions or the superhero theatrics, but for something more fundamental: the way Tony Stark works with Jarvis. Watch any scene where they’re developing something together. It’s not Stark typing commands into a terminal or carefully crafting context-heavy prompts. It’s a conversation. They’re brainstorming in real-time, iterating on ideas as they emerge, testing concepts on the fly. Jarvis doesn’t wait for perfect instructions; he (it) engages, questions, suggests alternatives, and executes autonomously while maintaining continuous dialogue.
