Abstract
Naton HR case study describes the processes and tools needed to establish an online presence, brand positioning and brand trust of a recruitment agency. The case study was constructed as an answer to a lack of available information regarding this subject. Part of the research is directly sourced from Dr. Rezun doctorate dissertation “Company Generated Problem-Solving Content on Social Media (SM) and Online Brand Equity: Designing and Testing a Model for Its Effectiveness”. The case study describes an actual live project starting in December 2011. The project is evolving and adapting to new technologies and trends, so the findings and the technology solutions are up to date.
