Structure

Seven structured blocks. Each ends with something that runs.

  1. 01

    The AI landscape

What a large language model (LLM) is, in two minutes. Why the model is the engine and the app around it, the harness, is the car. Cloud or local: a live demonstration of a model running on a laptop with the internet switched off, and a simple rule for which data may go where. Your first task: research a real work question with Claude and get a one-page brief with sources.

  2. 02

    Claude at work

Demonstration: thirty invoices and one question, answered in seconds and then checked. Invoice detective: you analyse your own PDF documents and turn them into an Excel table. Interactive dashboard, the main task of the day: you turn your own data into a dashboard your colleagues can open by link. Demonstration: the same findings as a Word memo and a PowerPoint deck.

  3. 03

    NotebookLM

You collect sources on a topic from your work and turn them into a podcast, a video or slides. Every answer comes with a citation, because the tool answers only from your sources. This is called grounding.

  4. 04

    Create: images, video, logo

You are the director: a good prompt works like a film call sheet. You create an image in Google Flow and a professional logo in Claude Design.

  5. 05

    Build without code

In Google AI Studio you build a one-page website with your logo, or a simple game, just by describing it. You leave with a link you can share.

  6. 06

AI in the company: three levels

Level 1: Claude for employees. Level 2: Lumina, an agent that answers your customers from your documents. Level 3: ARIA, a live avatar, demonstrated in real time. A demonstration of The Curator, a "second brain", shows why the right context is what makes AI useful. Your task: let Claude interview you, write knowledge files, and build your own support agent in Lumina.
