I Could Tell You My AI Has Never Lied. I'm Not Going To.
Seven months, two generations, one production rebuild — and five things I learned that I did not expect to learn.
I’ve been in technology all my life. I started writing HTML and CSS back in the early 2000s when I discovered what a really good SEO-optimized webpage could do for my businesses. From that point forward, I built everything around search-optimized websites. I moved to WordPress, then spent years with my team developing blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications across various chains. For the past two years, I’ve been deep in the world of context engineering, “vibe coding” using and developing AI coding agents to build my ideas while I orchestrate the development flow, produce the concepts, and manage the context. My role has evolved into something like a conductor: I don’t write the code directly anymore, but I guide the agents, feed them context, and ensure they’re building toward the vision. But until December 2025, despite all this experimentation, I had never shipped anything to live production that I developed exclusively with my coding agents. Lumina changed that.
