## Summary

Building in public in the age of AI: a practitioner’s thesis on channels, tribes and the tools that make it sustainable

## Overview

If you build an app or a digital product with AI agents, your distribution starts on the day you start building, not on the day you launch. You build in public: you announce what you are making, you show the work as it happens, you publish every release and you write about what you learned. In return you gather a tribe before you need one, early adopters who give you the feedback you cannot build without and who later become your ambassadors. And at the centre of all of it is not your company logo. It is you.
