## Overview

There is a sentence I could write that would sell a lot of software. In seven months of production, across roughly a hundred business accounts, Lumina has never hallucinated. Not once. Every word of that is true as far as I can observe it. No client has ever come to me and said the assistant invented something. No client has ever said it missed a fact that was sitting in a document they had uploaded. Seven months, real customers, real money, real conversations with their real customers. And I am not going to make that claim, because I have spent the last few weeks writing a proper research paper about this platform, and the most useful thing that exercise did was stop me saying something I wanted very much to say.
